I finally developed a feature that has been requested a lot. Color gradients. This means that as your fractal iterates, you can blend from one color to another:

This can give some pretty near effects:

To use the blend effect, you need to activate blend mode:

Once that is activated, it will blend from your current color (the one you select in your paint tool) to the chosen gradient color (blue by default). With blend active, you can only draw in one color, and blend to another. You can't blend multiple colors to the single blend color.

With the multiple fractal capability of this program, you can take a non-blend fractal, activate blend, and then create a blended fractal:
